My name is Sean Maisch. I am a 22 year old graphic designer, a recent graduate of the Savannah College of Art and Design, and a native Arizonan. However, I have not always studied design academically.
Before studying graphic design, I was a student at one of the top public high-schools in America, BASIS School. At BASIS, I was awarded for my excellence in the fields of science, math, and english. I was also part of a unique program, which gave me the opportunity to intern in the field of web design before entering college.
At a young age, I became interested in design through experimentation with web design as a method to create fan sites for my favorite TV show.
From teaching myself HTML, CSS, and numerous software applications, I have continued in my pursuit of a career in the field of graphic arts by receiving a Bachelor of Fine Arts in graphic design.
Throughout my life, I have lived in and traveled to many places, which I attribute to my distinct style and perspective. I have a deep interest in international cultures and societies. I live, and design, by the philosophies of simplicity and balance, contrasting the dark with the light, the good with the bad, to create harmony.
Inside, you will find a selection of my work.
I hope that I can offer you my unique perspective of design as well as life in all future endeavors.
Yours,
Sean Maisch
